Tai Chi offers gentle meditative movement to help move blood and oxygen around the body, nourishing the organs and tissues promoting healing and strengthening of the immune system. In addition, due to the in-the-moment connection of the mind to the breath and physical movements, it reduces anxiety and promotes peace. This class is for all levels and is meant to be a low key and enjoyable community class.
