This is an online chair based class that stimulates the heart, the brain and your sense of joy! Based on play & neuroplasticity, we will dance in our chairs, play with patterns and movement. Drawing from the Ageless Grace Brain Health fitness program, we will stimulate all 5 functions of the brain & nervous system: Strategic Planning, Memory & Recall, Analytical Thinking, Creativity & Imagination, and Kinesthetic Learning.

Expect to have a sweaty good time! The last 15 minutes of the class will be a relaxing guided meditation.

No experience necessary. Appropriate for all ages and abilities.
